With Grade Hub installed, sign in through your institution’s normal D2L page. Click the extension icon on that tab to connect your dashboard.

Paid features depend on your installed version and available checkout plans. In billing-enabled versions, upgrades are handled through the extension’s ExtensionPay checkout using Stripe. Review the price, billing frequency, and purchase terms before confirming. Auto Sync runs when you request it; it is not continuous background monitoring. School restrictions can limit syncing.

Privacy is part of the product.
Your course and grade snapshots are stored in your Chrome profile. Grade Hub reads your connected D2L session without asking for your D2L password, and does not send course grades to the payment service.

Grade Hub is designed for D2L Brightspace, but course layouts, permissions, and available data vary. Try free manual scanning with your own courses. Some schools block automatic requests or use unsupported layouts; compatibility with every institution is not guaranteed.
Are the grades and GPA official?
No. Grade Hub is a personal viewing and estimation tool. GPA depends on included courses, entered credits, and your configured grading scale. Missing or stale grades can produce partial results. Your institution’s records remain authoritative.
How do I purchase or restore paid access?
Open the Grade Hub dashboard and use its upgrade or restore-purchase controls. Checkout shows the available plans before payment. Use the billing controls in the extension to manage an existing purchase.
Can I delete saved grades?
Yes. Use “Clear saved Grade Hub data” in the dashboard. This removes saved grade profiles for that installation; it does not delete school records, erase billing records, or cancel a subscription.
